About This Project

On Wednesday, August 19, the Patriots Point Naval and Maritime Museum hosted a special screening of Flying the Feathered Edge: The Bob Hoover Project, sharing the incredible story of legendary aviator Bob Hoover, as part of a celebration of National Aviation Day.

Flying the Feathered Edge: The Bob Hoover Project at Patriots Point showed at 10:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. in the Smokey Stover Theater aboard the USS Yorktown.   The showings were included in the normal museum admission price.
